AppointHub is an online appointment and queue management platform operated by TLDR Team ("we", "us"). We connect customers with independent businesses — clinics, salons, restaurants and others — that list their services on our marketplace.
We are a booking platform, not a service provider. We do not own, operate, employ, license, supervise or endorse any business listed on AppointHub. When you book an appointment, your agreement is with that business, not with us. We are not a party to it.
Creating an account or making a booking means you agree to these Terms. If something here doesn't work for you, we'd rather you didn't sign up than be caught out by it later — and if a clause is unclear, ask us.
You need to be at least 18 to create an account. You may book on behalf of someone else — a child, a parent, a dependant — using the family member feature, and by doing so you confirm you are authorised to share that person's details with us and with the business you are booking.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account. Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication, a Google service; your password is never stored on our servers.
Please keep your details accurate — a business that can't reach you may have to cancel your booking, and that's a frustrating way to lose an appointment.
You agree not to: make bookings you do not intend to keep; impersonate anyone; upload false payment proof; post content that is unlawful, abusive, or defamatory; attempt to access another user's account or data; or interfere with the platform's operation.
Businesses additionally agree to: list only services they are lawfully able to provide; hold every licence, permit or professional registration their services require; honour confirmed bookings; and keep their availability, prices and payment details accurate.
One thing to be clear about: we do not verify professional credentials. We do not check whether a clinic's doctors are licensed, whether a business is registered, or whether its insurance is current. We'd encourage you to satisfy yourself about a provider before booking anything that matters, the same way you would if you'd found them any other way.
When you book, you're sending a request — it becomes an appointment once the business confirms it. Confirmation, rescheduling and cancellation are the business's decisions, not ours.
Each business sets its own hours, services, prices, durations and how many bookings it can take at one time. Availability shown on AppointHub reflects what the business has configured and may not account for circumstances it has not told us about.
Where a business uses queue management, your position in the queue is managed by that business on the day. A booked time is an expected start, not a guarantee.
We may cancel or refuse a booking that appears fraudulent, abusive or automated.
AppointHub does not process, hold, transmit or refund any money.
Where a business accepts GCash, Maya or bank transfer, it displays its own QR code. You pay that business directly through your own payment app. The transaction is between you and the business; AppointHub is not a party to it, receives no funds, and holds no money on anyone's behalf.
This means we cannot reverse a payment, cannot issue a refund, and cannot compel a business to issue one. Payment disputes are resolved between you and the business. If your payment app offers dispute resolution, that is your route.
Any payment proof you upload is stored so the business can verify it. We do not check whether it is genuine; the business does.
A business is responsible for the accuracy of its own payment details, including its QR codes. Uploading a QR code that directs money to the wrong recipient is the business's responsibility.
AppointHub is free to use. We charge businesses no listing fee and take no commission on any booking.
Some businesses require a reservation fee to hold a slot. That fee is paid directly to the business and is governed by that business's own policy.
Unless the business states otherwise:
Because we do not hold the money, we cannot enforce any of this. These are the default expectations we ask businesses to follow, not guarantees we can deliver.
Businesses must honour confirmed bookings and give as much notice as reasonably possible when they cannot.
After a completed appointment you may leave a rating and comment, including a rating of the staff member who served you.
Reviews must describe your own genuine experience. Do not post anything false, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or containing another person's private information. Do not post a review in exchange for payment, and do not review your own business or a competitor's.
We may remove a review that breaches these rules, and we may remove or suspend an account that repeatedly posts such content. We do not otherwise edit or moderate reviews, and a published review is the opinion of the person who wrote it, not ours.
If you believe a review about you or your staff is false or unlawful, contact us at tldr94@outlook.com and we will look into it.
You keep ownership of what you post, and grant us a licence to display it on AppointHub.
The AppointHub name, design and software belong to us. Business names, logos and banners belong to the businesses that uploaded them; by uploading, a business confirms it has the right to use that material.
AppointHub is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings, prices or availability are accurate.
We are not responsible for the services businesses provide. This includes the quality, safety, legality or outcome of any treatment, service or product; injury, loss or damage arising from an appointment; a business cancelling, closing, or failing to appear; and any advice given by a business or its staff.
Nothing on AppointHub is medical, veterinary, legal or professional advice. Service listings and categories are supplied by businesses and are descriptions of what they offer, not recommendations.
To the fullest extent Philippine law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to AppointHub is limited to ₱5,000. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost income or missed opportunities.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can close your account whenever you like — just email us and we'll take care of it. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, or that exposes other users to harm. We may remove a business listing at our discretion.
On termination, records we are required to keep — including appointment history — are retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the platform, and continuing to use AppointHub after a change means accepting it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of Manila have jurisdiction.

Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication, a Google service. We never see or store your password.
Some of what we hold is sensitive personal information under RA 10173, and we treat it accordingly.
When you book at a medical clinic, dental clinic or veterinary clinic, the record that you — or a family member you named — have an appointment for a particular service on a particular date is health-related information. We collect it only because it is necessary to make the booking, we share it only with the business you chose, and we do not use it for any other purpose.
We process your data because it is necessary to provide the service you asked for, and on the consent you give when you create an account and when you make a booking. For sensitive personal information we rely on your consent, given at the point of booking.
You may withdraw consent at any time by closing your account, though we cannot undo bookings already made.
The business you book with receives your name, contact details, the patient's name, your appointment details, your payment method and status, and any proof of payment you upload. It needs these to serve you. Once shared, that business is responsible for how it handles your data.
Service providers we rely on: Google (Firebase Authentication, for sign-in), our email provider (for verification codes and appointment reminders), and our web host.
Nobody else. We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with advertisers.
We may disclose data if required by law or a valid court order.
Reviews you post are public: your name, your rating, your comment, and the staff member you rated appear on the business's page. Worth keeping in mind before you write something you'd rather not have attached to your name.
| Data | Retained |
|---|---|
| Account details | Until you close your account |
| Appointment records | 2 years after the appointment |
| Payment proof images | 6 months after the appointment |
| Reviews | Until you or we remove them |
| Verification codes | Deleted once used or expired |
After an account is closed we delete or anonymise personal data, except where a record must be kept for a legal or accounting reason.
Passwords are handled by Firebase and never stored by us. Database queries use prepared statements, and forms are protected against cross-site request forgery. Access to the live database is limited to the AppointHub team. The live site is served over HTTPS, so everything that travels between your browser and AppointHub is encrypted.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to put you at risk, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as RA 10173 requires.
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to correct it, to object to processing, to erasure or blocking, to damages for misuse, and to data portability.
You can view and correct much of your data from your account. For anything else, email us at tldr94@outlook.com and we will respond within 15 days.
If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
AppointHub accounts are for adults. A parent or guardian may book on a child's behalf using the family member feature, and is responsible for that child's information.
We will post any change to this policy on this page and notify you of anything material.
